On December 30, 2021, Guangdong Pustar Sealant & Adhesive Co., LTD. Test Center (hereinafter referred to as "PUSTAR Test Center") successfully passed the accreditation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and obtained the Laboratory Accreditation Certificate of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (Registration number: CNAS L15746), marking that the Psyche test Center has the national recognized laboratory management level and inspection and testing ability.
PUSTAR Test Center started CNAS laboratory accreditation application in October 2020. On October 16-17, 2021, China National Accreditation Administration for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) External audit expert group conducted on-site review on the Psyche Test Center. According to relevant requirements, the expert group conducted a comprehensive review on the management system documents, management system running status, laboratory personnel testing ability, equipment environment and other conditions of the Psyche Test Center.
In the on-site review, the high efficiency of the quality management system and the professional testing ability of the PUSTAR test center meet the requirements of the relevant criteria recognized by CNAS, has been highly recognized by the external audit expert group.
The recognition of the detection capacity involves sealant physical detection, moisture, hydroxychemical detection of two major areas, the scope of recognition of the detection results can be recognized domestically and internationally. The success through the CNAS recognition, benefit from the PUSTAR test center not only has professional testing technicians, advanced instruments and equipment, but also has a perfect management system.
At present, there are more than 50 sets of precision equipment and instruments in line with international advanced standards, such as gas chromatographic mass spectrometer, headspace chromatograph, xenon aging testing machine, horizontal and vertical combustion tester, constant temperature and humidity test chamber, liquid chromatograph, blast dryer, etc., which guarantee the accuracy of test data from the hardware. The company has established and implemented a quality management system in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16946:2016. From raw material inspection, production process monitoring to finished product testing, a set of perfect standards and management processes have been formed.
